CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER

Windmill City is looking for an experienced Accounts Manager in the Custom Merch industry who is knowledgeable of the production and sales processes involved in screen printing, embroidery, and promotional products. 


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Customer Service: responding to inbound inquiries and facilitating orders via phone and email, facilitating in-person meetings, and following up on inquiries and quotes

  • Read Work Orders, P.O.’s, and client emails to establish design requirements

  • Analyze client needs and create quotes and in-house work orders for printing and embroidery and external partners

  • Basic Graphic Design

    • Create mock-ups for client design approval 

    • Simple client art

  • Manage office tasks, such as organizing data, generating reports and presentations, assisting with scheduling, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies

  • Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient

  • Manages and delegate tasks to the Remote Assistant and Customer Success Agents

  • Work in conjunction with Production Manager, Dark Room Tech, Embroidery Department and Shipping & Receiving department 

  • Report to ownership

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • 2+ years of experience in a custom apparel and merchandise business

  • Proficient in the use of Printavo

  • Proficient knowledge of garment manufacturers/ brands

  • Knowledge of SAGE and promotional products

  • Experience using G Suite

  • Basic working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator preferred

COMMITMENT: 

  • 40 hours/week, Monday through Friday

  • Ability to work overtime when needed

  • This is an in-office position

COMPENSATION: 

  • $25-$35/hour

  • medical insurance with employer match after 30-day probationary period

  • 401k eligibility with employer match after 1 year

  • 40 hours PTO after 6 months of employment

  • up to 11 days of employer-designated holidays paid per year

  • CS Manager Bonus Structure (after 90-day probationary period)

  • Monthly: 1% of gross profit of sales (*profit less cost of goods sold: garments, decoration supplies (ie heat transfers), shipping). Exclusions for certain accounts apply.

  • Ongoing: 5% of gross profit from new clients that are personally brought on/ outside sales (This is not an outside sales position, but if new accounts are brought in, this is how all employees of Windimill City are compensated).
